Melhus municipality is to build a new high-altitude pool with associated piping system at R0nningstr0a, L0vset. Piping systems and foundation work for the elevated pool are advertised as a performance contract. Delivery and installation of an elevated pool, consisting of two pools with a total volume of 1, 700 m2, is advertised as turnkeyprice. In this connection, a construction manager must be acquired to assist with: The construction manager is expected to assist with: Review of the prepared tender basis, including SHA plan and environmental plan Assistance in choosing a contractor and general contractor Assistance in the design phase (elevation pool), participation in totelethe contractor's planning meetings.
