Synopsis : The District of Columbia, Office of Contracting andProcurement, for and on behalf of the District ofColumbia Department of Transportation (DDOT), pursuant to the Procurement Practices Reform Act of2010, and the Procurement Integrity, Transparency, and Accountability Amendment Act of 2016, is issuingthis Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicitStatements of Qualifications (SOQs) fromexperienced firms (Offerors) interested in providingConstruction Management (CM) Services for theRehabilitation of Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge(the Project).Intended construction work for Rehabilitation ofTheodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge (TR Bridge)generally consists of the following items: stagedremoval and replacement of the concrete deck andstructural steel, clean and painting of existingstructural steel, repairing the existing bridge granitestone fa¿ade, various concrete repairs to the bridgesubstructure, removal and installation of roadwaylighting; removal and installation of signing and signstructures, roadway replacement, removal andreplacement of guardrail, latex modified overlay, substructure replacement and repairs, removal andreplacement of pedestrian railing, sidewalk widening, and other work.The work will be performed over the National ParkService (NPS) Properties, Rock Creek and PotomacParkway in the District of Columbia and GeorgeWashington Memorial Parkway in the Commonwealthof Virginia.
