The Board of Education of School District No.72 (Campbell River, “SD72” “the District”) wishes to retain the services of a qualified Construction Management firm with proven experience delivering major capital projects in the education sector under the Province of BC-s Capital Asset Management Framework Guidelines and Ministry of Infrastructure (previously Ministry of Education) approval / reporting processes to work with SD72, its Architect and sub-consultants to complete a 590 m2 addition at Carihi Secondary School in Campbell River, BC to replace classrooms that were damaged in a fire in 2024. The existing school will remain in full operation during the construction of the new addition.
