CreateTO is undertaking the redevelopment of the site owned by UHN at 1-3 Close Avenue and 78 Springhurst Avenue (the “Site”) at the request of the Housing Development Office and Housing Secretariat, located at the north-east corner of Close Avenue and Springhurst Avenue in the City of Toronto. The redevelopment of the Site is intended to deliver 54 supportive housing units which are to be constructed with either a mass timber or panelized modular system. In addition, the project will include approximately 1, 500 square feet of private indoor amenity and supportive uses, including communal kitchen and dining, and clinical/ social support spaces.
