NASA/Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for NASA-s Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET).
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) ITPO is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for CoMET. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), Women-owned (WOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) or HUBZone business set-aside based on responses received.
The purpose of the CoMET contract is to acquire a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution for capital program and project management; along with the system administration and technical support services to provide, configure, implement, and administer the configured COTS solution and related services for the NASA Office of Strategic Infrastructure (OSI). The configured COTS solution shall be known as NASA-s Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET). All references in this scope of work to CoMET shall refer to the contractor-provided and contractor-configured COTS solution. The scope of work included within this Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes the configuration, integration, and administration of the new software-as-a-service (i.e., cloud-based) enterprise-wide solution that includes hosting, licensing, configuration, data architecture, integration, testing, training, maintenance/support services, and system administration. This requirement will provide remote services for all NASA centers. Please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details.
