This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to qualified “Proponents” to prepare and submit competitive “Proposals” to provide BC Housing with the “Deliverables” described in this NRFP. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into one or more contracts (each a “Contract”) with experienced, qualified construction managers (each a “Construction Manager”) to work as part of a team along with a manufacturer of prefabricated panels (“Manufacturer”) to provide Construction Management and Construction Services (“Services”) for the DASH Projects.
