Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Makeshift Classroom (Dawa National High School)
1. The LGU Josefina, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php300, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Makeshift Classroom (Dawa National High School) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Josefina now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the work items is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a project contract similar to the said project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
