Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Valid Trade License (up to date), Income Tax Clearance Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, NID card.Payment will be made as per availability/allocation of the fund but the whole work shall have to be completed maintaining the quality within schedule stipulated time.The contractor who will receive the work order must strictly comply with rules no.38 and 39 of PPR-2008.The contractors who has not yet completed his current commitment of the similar nature of construction works before within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice in the public interest.After finalization of these contracts agreement with the successful tenderers, no sub-contractor will be associated with prime contractor during the implementation of these contracts/works. Otherwise it will dealt with as per contracts clause.If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006, PPR-2025 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained.All provisions of PPA-2006, PPR-2025, and the e-GP Guidelines must be strictly followed. The procuring entity reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this tender process without assigning any cause.
