CONSTRUCTION OF MAIN DRAINAGE SYSTEM (PHASE I)AT KCAST COMPOUND, BRGY. MANIKI, KAPALONG, DAVAO DEL NORTE
1. The Local Government Unit of Kapalong, through the KCAST FUND - 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Pesos and 67/100 (P 1, 999, 998.67 ) Construction of Main Drainage System (Phase I) at KCAST Compound, Brgy. Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte/ 017-2026 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kapalong now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
