Maharani Jhoda Smart Irrigation Project” is an existing irrigation system managed by farmer-s cooperative. The farmer-s cooperative manages a total of 80 bigha plot of land owned by 89 Household. It is located at Gauradaha -5, Jhapa district. The command area is about 11.6km south of East West highway from Ratuwa Khola bridge. Total gross command area is 90 ha and net command area is 80 ha. The command area is presently irrigated with ground water irrigation system.
