Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Construction of Lower Leg Household Toilet.

Dates and terms for supply and delivery:

· All bidding documents must be submitted before 19 February 2024, 5:00 PM . All received after the above date will not be considered.

· Bidding documents must include tax value, if any.

· Cash payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of the goods or services and invoice. If you intend or want to speed up the time for cash payment, please leave your feedback here _________.

· Contracts will be awarded to suppliers through bidding judging and evaluation by the World Vision Cambodia Commission. .

· Payment will be made through bank and TDS will be deducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

· The supplier declares approval and attaches all relevant documents as follows:

· Copy of Business Registration Certificate

· Certificate or business license or similar document

· Copy of tax registration, tax certificate or similar document

· Company Structure Information ( Name of Director / Owner )

· Pictures and work contracts have been built that resemble the above items.

· Audited financial statements for the last two years or different tax or similar documents.

· No cases in court for the last 3 years

· Please sign any conflict of interest statement indicating a relationship with World Vision Cambodia staff.

· Please sign the Code Conduct

· Please sign WV's Safeguarding Management Policy

· All contracts included in this auction will be in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

· World Vision Cambodia reserves the right to change the terms and dates of the stated bid submission. In the auction.
