The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, through the 2026-Municipal EDF intends to apply the above-mentioned sum of Five Million One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Two Pesos and 38/100 (PHP5, 199, 992.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for Construction of Lower Binogsacan-Inascan Hanging Bridge at Brgy. Lower Binogsacan Guinobatan, Albay
1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.
