1. The Municipal Government of Leyte, through the authorized appropriations under General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Construction of Local Roads @ Telesforo Calda National High School at TCNHS, Brgy. Salog, Leyte, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 180CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
