PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LOCAL ROAD
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY BARIIS, TIWI, ALBAY through the 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS intends to apply the sum ONE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE PESOS AND NINETY TWO CENTAVOS 50/100 (PHP 122, 635.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF LOCAL ROADS AT BARANGAY BARIIS, TIWI, ALBAY
Bids receive in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during Bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY BARIIS, TIWI, ALBAY, now invites bidders for the CONSTRUCTION OF LOCAL ROADS provided, that the delivery requires five (5) calendar days.
