4.1. The subject of the order is the construction of a liquefied gas installation together with a central heating installation in a village community center in the Lubochnia village4.2. The order includes the construction of an underground and internal liquefied gas installation for the village community center building located in Lubochnia at ul. dzzka 57A, plot no. 258/3, part of plot no. 562/2, 265/2 of the Lubochnia district, Tomaszów district, based on the approved technical and construction documentation (Decision No. 699/2025 issued by the Starost of Tomaszów WAB. 6740.486.2025).
