Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Mabini, Pangasinan, through the Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of line canal in Sitio Baguioso, Brgy. Bacnit. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Mabini, Pangasinan now invites bids for Construction of line canal in Sitio Baguioso, Brgy. Bacnit. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2022 - 2026 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
