CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL AT BRGY. BAGONG POOK MALVAR, BATANGAS
1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 001-03 Series of 2025 dated March 17, 2025 as Supplemental Budget No. 1-2025 (Continuing Appropriation 2025) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P 3, 000, 000.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL AT BRGY. BAGONG POOK MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-032026-010492. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days.
