INVITATION TO BID
MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL
1. The BARANGAY 63 MARIAWA through the Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 686, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY 63 MARIAWA now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF LINE CANAL. Completion of the Works is required July 10, 2026 Bidders should have completed, within 62 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
