Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the road in the scope of construction of street lighting at Pikarska Street in Bytom.2. The subject of the order was specified in detail in the following documents: 1) Construction design (hereinafter referred to as: PB) Appendix No. 1.1 to SWZ; 2) Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) Appendix No. 1.2 to the SWZ;3) Bill of quantities, Appendix No. 1.3 to the SWZ;4) Draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU) - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ;3. The materials and equipment used to complete the subject of the order should meet the quality requirements for products approved for trading and use in construction specified in the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, the Act of April 16, 2004 on construction products and the requirements of design documentation, acceptance of works and this SWZ.4. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a minimum 60-month warranty for the completed subject of the order. from the date of final acceptance of the works, confirmed by the final protocol
