CONSTRUCTION OF LEVEL III POTABLE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
1. The Local Government Unit of Cortes, through the CY 2026 Trust Funds intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Three Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Three Pesos Only.. (Php 13, 333, 333.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Level III Potable Water Supply System.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cortes now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
