The MLGU of Tagbina, Surigao del Sur through DILG-LGSF CY 2025 intends to apply in the amount of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 2, 500, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Level II Potable Water System-Brgy. Sta. Maria project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening
