Construction of Level II Potable Water Supply System
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS, through the LGSF-SBDP 2025-Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025MB-013 Construction of Level II Potable Water Supply System, Amag, Bayabas, Surigao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS now invites bids for 2025MB-013 Construction of Level II Potable Water Supply System. Completion of the Works is required on May 7, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 100 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
