1) The Municipality of Valladolid through its 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction Of Level I Water System at the Municipality of Valladolid, Valladolid, Negros Occidental (Contract No. MOV-I-0007-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Valladolid now invites bids for Construction of Level I Water System at the Municipality of Valladolid, Valladolid, Negros Occidental. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
