1) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the cost sharing scheme of Special Trust fund and Unexpended Balance as of CY 2023 and 2024 and Barangay 20% DF CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Forty Five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and 86/100 centavo (Php 2, 745, 363.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Level 2 Water Supply System at Sitio Salvacion, Brgy. San Nicolas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
