INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LEVEL 2 WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
1. The Local Government of Pio V. Corpus, through the Continuing Appropriation CY 2025 DILG (NTF-ELCAC BATCH 7 Trust Fund (6) intends to apply the sum of Five Million pesos (Php5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF LEVEL 2 WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM at Mabuhay, Pio V. Corpus, Masbate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Pio V. Corpus now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF LEVEL 2 WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM at Mabuhay, Pio V. Corpus, Masbate. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidder.
