CONSTRUCTION OF LDRRMO EMERGENCY
OPERATIONS CENTER (PHASE I)
1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BALLESTEROS, through the LDRRMF Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE PESOS AND EIGHTEEN CENTAVOS (P986, 461.18) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF LDRRMO EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BALLESTEROS now invites bids for the construction of EOC building. Completion of the Works is required seventy (70) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
