The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the Trust Fund-Entrusted for Fisherfolks intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P 325, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF LATERAL SUPPORT OF OYSTER RACKS WITH WALK at VILLA LEONORA, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN (RE-BID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
