1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Two Pesos and 50/100 (Php. 354, 952.50) pesos only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF LAMP POSTS IN BARANGAY MARUPIT Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within Ten (10) calendar days.
