1) The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund intends to apply the
sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-One and 75/100 Pesos
(P3, 840, 681.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract
for PB-I-2026-08-027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project.1 Completion of the Works is required 95 calendar days. Bidders should have completed,
within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
