This request for tender concerns the construction of Kyminväylä in the area of Kymin Ruukki in Kouvola (23rd district Kymintehdas Kuusankoski) from Ahlmanintie to Kyminkatu. The road alignment in the area will move to a completely new location. A new one is being built on Kyminkatu storm water drain, to which grid wells along the street and culverts under Kyminkatu will be connected. The construction project includes the construction of the street and light traffic lanes. A new water supply network, water pipes, waste water and sewage will be built in the area for Kouvolan Vesi Oy storm water drains, with property branches. Street lighting will be built in the area. The work area also includes work on intersecting and connecting streets to the extent required to connect the structures, as well as landscaping work. The work includes construction in the scope presented in the tender documents, including all works and purchases.
