Construction of the Kaanaa-Syväsatama 110kV transmission line project Pori Energia Sähköverkot Oy (later also "PESV") is building new 110kV fields for Kaana and Syväsatama substations and a new 110kV transmission connection between them. At the same time, the current one is renewed transfer connection. The object of the procurement is the partial renewal of PESV's current THL-SSS-KNA power line and the construction of a new SSS-KNA power line, including work at substations. The power line and substations are located in the county of Western Finland, in the city of Pori. The scope and details of the procurement are described in more detail in the tender documents, which are delivered in full to the Bidders selected based on the participation applications. This announcement and its annexes form part of the preliminary request for quotations which is only for the information of the candidates during the participation application phase. The candidate should not submit a preliminary offer as an attachment to the participation application. This announcement with its attachments is only a preliminary draft, which is not yet binding on the purchasing entity. During the negotiation procedure there is the intention is to negotiate the procurement in more detail with the selected bidders and to work on the documents in their final form.
