Construction of "Jug" elementary school and a one-part school sports hall in Nova Gradiška The public procurement procedure for the construction of the SOUTH elementary school, and one-part school hall, public and social building (primary school institution) with accompanying facilities on to the cadastral parcel that is created by parcelling from c.no. no. 3820/3 and part of c. no. no. 3820/4 k.o. Nova Gradiška (Nova Gradiška). The subject of the procurement is construction work on the construction of an elementary school and school sports hall JUG in Nova Gradiška Detailed description of the item procurement can be found in Annex I - Cost sheet and Project-technical documentation. The subject of procurement is not divided into groups because it represents a unique technical, technological, functional and other objectively determined entity. The whole represents capital investment, and the technical complexity of the division into groups could potentially impair the success of contract execution in the event of the need to coordinate a large number of different contractors. Therefore, the only acceptable solution for the client is to conclude a contract for the whole subject of procurement. Because of the above, the tenderer is obliged to offer the subject of procurement in its entirety, that is, the offer must cover all items of the Bill of Costs.
