The Municipal Local Government Unit of Juban through the Term Loan 6-10 Agreement with the Land Bank of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Five Million One Hundred Eighty Three thousand Eighty Two Pesos and 92/100 (PhP125, 183, 082.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF LABOR, EQUIPMENTS AND MATERIALS for the Construction of Juban Public Market, at Brgy South Poblacion, Juban, Sorsogon, to wit:
