1. Name of the order: Construction of Jagiey Street in Iawa Stage II 2. Determination of the subject of the public procurement: Construction of municipal road No. 207039N (Wadysawa Jagiey Street) in Iawa The subject of the order includes the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of Jagiey Street along with from accompanying infrastructures. The scope of the investment includes: 1) Preparatory works, earthworks and demolition works, 2) Construction of roads, exits, sidewalks, technical roads, access roads, bicycle paths in accordance with PT for the road industry, 3) Construction of storm sewage systems in accordance with the PT for the sanitary industry, 4) Construction of street lighting in accordance with the PT for the electrical industry, 5) Construction of a technological duct in accordance with the PT for the telecommunications industry, 6) Development of a project for temporary traffic organization for the duration of the works, along with its introduction for the duration of the works.7) Introduction of permanent traffic organization in accordance with the approved permanent traffic organization design, 8) Maintaining a construction log, 9) Preparation of as-built documentation (2 copies in paper version and 1 in electronically on CD, in PDF format).10) Delivery by the Contractor to the Ordering Party, after signing the contract and before starting the works...
