Rehabilitation of the Pepelishte Irrigation Scheme (PEP), one of four schemes planned/designed. The irrigated area of the Pepelishte scheme covers around 3, 000 hectares. Scope of Works - Pepelishte Irrigation Scheme: • Construction of approximately 23 km of main pressurized pipe with diameters ranging from 315 to 1200 mm• Construction of approximately 96 km of new pressurized pipe network, with diameters ranging from 90 mm to 750 mm• Installation of approximately 619 hydrants for drip and sprinkler irrigation systems• Construction of a new weir and intake structure to withdraw 1.7 m3/s irrigation water from Vardar River• Construction of a new main supply pumping station equipped with 5 main and 1 jockey vertical pumps, with a total capacity of 1.7 m³/s and a pump head of approx. 72m• Construction of 4 new booster pumping stations with 3 - 5 horizontal split case pumps with flow of 150-300 l/s and head of approx. 70 m
