1)The Municipal Government of Adams, through the RA 7171 CY-2021 SHARE and pursuant to Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 05-2025 and Municipal Resolution No. 22-2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty-Two Pesos and 51/100 (Php 999, 142.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF IRRIGATION FACILITY (IRRIGATION CANAL) - Sitio Sinidangan, Calusipit Upper (near Glenmar Ubarre-s Farm), Adams, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
