1. The subject of the order is the construction of an internal gas installation with an external section for a gas boiler room along with the replacement of boilers in the Primary School building in Kamienica Polska, 2. Investment address: 42-260 Kamienica Polska, ul. Adama Ferensa 12a, dziaki no 1873/5, 1873/7, 1877/2, 1878/1, 1880, rev. 0001 Kamienica Polska.3. The detailed scope and method of performing construction works are specified in the Annex to the SWZ - Technical Documentation. If anywhere in the SWZ (technical documentation), the Ordering Party indicates specific names materials or include other content that directly or indirectly refers or may refer to a specific product, this means that it will be done in order to clarify the description of the subject of the order and define the minimum expectations as to the quality of the products to be used for execution of the subject of the order. When preparing the offer, the ordering party allows the use of equivalent materials, i.e. with technical and functional parameters not worse than those referred to in the description of the subject of the order.
