2. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation (including author's supervision) and construction works in the scope of: construction of an internal, steel, glass elevator shaft in place of the patio, delivery and installation of a passenger elevator with an electric drive (adapted to transport disabled people and hospital patients), reconstruction of the driveway to the newly planned elevator entrance, relocation of air conditioning equipment, adaptation of the passage to the patio in the basement, construction of a brick shaft with reconstruction of part of the aeration line, construction of a steel shaft with external glazing, reconstruction of glass walls in places where the elevator stops will be built and execution of accompanying construction works in the building of the main pavilion of MCLCHPIG in Otwock, at ul. Reymonta 83/91, 05-400 Otwock.
