Tender Details

1. The Ordering Party orders and the Contractor undertakes to perform the task entitled: Construction of an internal elevator in the building of Primary School No. 1 at ul. Wielkie Garbary 9 in Toruń.2. The subject of the order includes in particular the following scope of work: 1) demolition works i construction such as: construction of an internal elevator shaft with a load-bearing reinforced concrete structure, placed on a reinforced concrete foundation slab, delivery and assembly of an electric passenger lift with shaft dimensions of 2.1 x 2.23 m, adapted to transport people disabled people, the elevator will serve 5 levels;2) electrical and telecommunications works regarding the power supply and equipment of the elevator;3) sanitary works consisting in replacing a section of steel pipe.3. The contractor will complete the subject of the order to the extent and in the manner specified in the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (studies prepared by Ew Sytek, running a business under the name: SYTEK-PROJEKTY EWA SYTEK; components of the design documentation and specifications technical execution and acceptance of construction works listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract template) and in accordance with applicable regulations...
