The subject of the order is the construction of internal and external gas installations and central heating for a residential premises in Jastarnia at ul. Mickiewicza 168A, Dziaka no. 3/2. The construction works that are the subject of the order will be performed properly with the project developed by INSTAL-TECH Biuro Projektowo-Usugowe mgr in. Jan Drod, from Poczyna-Zdrój based on the notification of construction works, for which the Starosta of Puck issued a certificate No. AB.6743.11.29.2026.IT of June 2, 2026 about the lack of objection to the notification robot.Note:The works will be carried out in an inhabited premises. The ordering party does not envisage the displacement of residents for the duration of the works. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the design documentation and the bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
