The Barangay Local Government Unit of Gayaman, Luba, Abra through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Procurement of Services for the CONSTRUCTION OF INTAKE TANK with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 200, 000.00).
The procurement will be undertaken through alternative method of procurement: Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
In accordance with the Terms of Reference, please accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in a sealed envelope not later than 10:00 AM of December 8, 2025 at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Gayaman, Luba, Abra.
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Gayaman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
