Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction/ Installation of Solar Lights at Gymnasium
1.The Barangay of Liwan East, Rizal, Kalinga, through the BDF 2025 intends to apply tConstruction/ Installation of Solar Lights at Gymnasium, Public Bidding No. 26-01-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay of Liwan East, Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay of Liwan East, Rizal, Kalinga and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
