The subject of the order is the construction of installations for collecting, transmitting and combustion of landfill biogas along with the necessary technical infrastructure related to Renewable Energy Sources (RES) installations. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation, obtaining the permits required by law and the construction of the installation for the collection, transmission and combustion of landfill biogas along with the necessary technical infrastructure related to Renewable Energy Sources installations generating electricity or electricity and heat, ultimately in two units generating capacity of up to 110 kWe each, powered by biogas obtained from landfills for non-hazardous and neutral waste. The installation will consist of two main parts: 1) Renewable energy station - responsible for burning biogas i production of electricity and heat. 2) Biogas field - located in the active plot no. 1 of the landfill from which biogas is collected The order is executed in the "design and build" system. The ordering party requires the award quality guarantee for the completed subject of the contract for a minimum period of 60 months for construction works and 24 months for devices including installation.
