1) The City Government of Navotas, through the City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-33 (CY-2026 Annual Budget) and City Appropriation No. 2025-45 (Utilization of 2026 20% Community Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of
• LOT 1 - UPGRADING OF ALLEY WITH IMPROVEMENT OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT INT. TANZA KALIWA, BRGY. TANZA 1, NAVOTAS CITY (PIN 2026-05-072) / ABC PHP 5, 537, 868.65
• LOT 2 - CONCRETE REBLOCKING (PORTION) AND REPLACEMENT OF CANAL COVERS AT MIL FLORES, BRGY. TANZA 2, NAVOTAS CITY (PIN 2026-05-073) / ABC PHP 1, 975, 339.30
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
