4.4. The subject of the order is the performance of design works, obtaining permits and construction works consisting in the construction of an indoor swimming pool along with with land development for the investment project titled "Construction of an indoor swimming pool in the town of Łuków", according to with the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.5. Whenever trademarks, patents or origins are used in the content of the SWZ, including the Description of the Subject of the Order, sources or specific processes, as well as standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to the one described. I mean a product equivalent to the specified subject of the order a product with the parameters and minimum requirements specified (listed) and specified in detail in the description of the subject of the order included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers for all goods specified in the documentation, coming from specific manufacturers, specify the minimum quality parameters and functional features that the goods must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party and constitute only a quality standard of the item orders. By recording the minimum requirements for quality parameters, the Ordering Party understands the requirements of the goods contained in generally available sources, catalogues, manufacturer's websites...
