Construction Improvement of Water System at Brgy. Bayanan, Baco
1. The Municipality of Baco through the 20% Development Fund 2026 (Supplemental Budget No.1) intends to apply the sum of One million one hundred thousand pesos only (1, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction Improvement of Water System at Brgy. Bayanan, Baco”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Baco now invite bids for the “Construction Improvement of Water System at Brgy. Bayanan, Baco”. Completion of the Works is requires forty five (45) calendars days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed and submitted of bid of similar projects within two (2) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
