The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through the 20% LDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos only (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING PHASE III located at Brgy. Tambis 2, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
