1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-04 intends to apply the sum of PhP121, 663, 414.45 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Ilocos Sur Farmers Cultural and Economic Development Complex (Building III, Phase II), Barangay Tamag, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur-PGIS-124-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Construction of Ilocos Sur Farmers Cultural and Economic Development Complex (Building III, Phase II), Barangay Tamag, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
