Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, TIN Certificate and eVAT Registration Certificate.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be [ 03(three) ] years from the date of Publication of IFT which shall be supported by 1st Trade License.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least [01(one) ] contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last [ 03(Three) ] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [ 20, 00, 000.00(Twenty Lac) ] .4. Average Annual Turnover shall be greater than or equal to Taka [ 16, 00, 000.00 Sixteen lac ] only in best [ 03(three) ] Years over last [ 05(Five) ] Years from the date of Publication of IFT which shall be supported by Audit Report.5. Minimum amount of Liquid Asset or Working Capital (Last 6 months bank statement) or credit facility (mentioning the name of the work) of the Tenderer shall be greater than or equal to Taka [ 30, 00, 000.00 (Thirty Lac ] only.6. The Tenderer shall submit Work Schedule in Bar Chart specifying duration for each task of this Construction Work.7. NID and Authorization certificate should be submitted.
