Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution of an investment task titled: Construction of home sewage treatment plants in the Gowaczw commune, stage IV in the design and build system. The order includes the design and execution of construction works for 15 households water treatment plants as part of the above-mentioned task. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Functional Utility Program, which constitutes an annex to the SWZ. During the performance of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to strictly comply with Polish Law. during the design, implementation and completion of works in accordance with standards, laws regarding the construction of buildings, environmental protection and will apply the law regulating the conditions and requirements for the purpose for which the works covered by the order are to be serve.
